Members of the Dreamit advisor network have the opportunity to connect with and contribute to the world’s top Healthtech and Securetech startups. Dreamit portfolio companies include Redox, Cherre, Protenus, Tissue Analytics, Eko, Raxar, Cylera, and other leading startups.
What we look for in an Advisor:
- Deep experience directly related to the two Dreamit verticals: Healthtech and Securetech.
- Unique insight into enterprise sales and/or business development.
- A large network of potential customers and partners.
What is expected of an Advisor:
- Dreamit startups may also reach out to you directly for advice. Please respond within a few business days.
- Your only obligation to Dreamit is to take that initial call or meeting within a reasonable period of time. If you simply provide advice and (when appropriate) introductions, that’s great. If you and the startup mutually decide to continue the conversation, that’s even better.
- Advisors can opt-out or decline meetings if they feel that they have little to offer a particular startup.
- There is no compensation for being an advisor. In some cases, advisors develop strong ties to founders and may be offered a seat on the Board of Advisors of the company. Some founders may offer advisor equity in their startup if the advisor has provided the company with significant value. If a founder initiates this conversation, we encourage that relationship, but please do not solicit equity or compensation from the Dreamit startups that you’re advising as part of the program.
