Founder Therapy

Watch #DreamitLive: Founder Therapy to see founders overcome their biggest challenges and receive hard-hitting advice on starting, growing, and scaling a business. In this live show, Steve Barsh, Managing Partner at Dreamit Ventures, will go in-depth with founders to help solve their toughest challenges, discuss areas for improvement, brainstorm new strategies, provide actionable advice, and cover key tricks and traps.

In each episode, we'll do deep dives with three founders for ~15 minutes each, and we'll take audience questions at the end. We’re here to help!

Not only will founders on the show benefit from the advice, but together we’ll help founders and startups globally as they listen in on how to overcome key challenges. Together, we can do this!

Here are some of the topic areas we'll be discussing:

  • Strategy (e.g., go-to-marketing strategy, business model alternatives, differentiation, competition, freemium, growth/scaling, pivoting, b2b v. b2c)

  • Sales (e.g., b2b sales, enterprise sales, pipeline management, trials/pilots, closing deals, pricing, discounting, sales projections, sales team management)
