During two-week, customer-focused sprints Dreamit companies build their customer pipeline and partnerships, get feedback, and enhance their industry networks. INVESTOR SPRINTS®
During Investor Sprints, founders have curated, one-on-one meetings with top US venture capital and healthcare-focused firms. Typically each founder meets a total of 20-30 investors. The process is extremely efficient and accelerates the fundraising process enabling companies to gain rapid market feedback on what it will take to close their next round. Leading up to the Investor Sprint, founders go through an intense prep process including Mock VC Meetings to maximize the probability of successfully raising a round. Two-week Investor Sprints occur three times per year.

Partner (Healthtech) Adam Dakin has a track record of building early stage, venture-backed health tech companies. He has held various senior management positions in sales, marketing, product development, clinical affairs, operations, and general management. Senior Associate (Healthtech) Elliot Levy drives deal flow, conducts diligence, and supports operations for the healthtech vertical. As a Healthtech Associate, Elliot sources companies and new investment opportunities as well as leads business development efforts to grow Dreamit’s Healthtech vertical. Prior to Dreamit, Elliot was the co-founder of a brain stimulation venture and worked in eCommerce at Virtina and private equity fintech at Hamilton Lane. He graduated cum laude from Drexel University’s Close School of Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Associate (Healthtech) Jae Zhong drives growth and operational excellence within Dreamit Healthtech. As a Healthtech Associate, Jae engages intensively with Dreamit companies to support the portfolio, guide strategy, and manage day to day operations. Additionally, she manages and cultivates Dreamit’s extensive partner network, in addition to assisting startup screening. Prior to Dreamit, Jae founded a digital health startup focused on enhancing mental health access for underserved communities and led initiatives to support women’s wellness in the workplace. Her professional journey began as a Life Sciences Research Associate at an executive search firm. Jae holds an MPH in Healthcare Management from Yale University and a BS in BioPsychology from the University of California, Davis.
